Each Helper may be assigned to a specific group for consistency.
NURSERY
At Least 3 Volunteers Needed
Care for nursery-age children of VBS workers
Therse Children will also be involved in VBS flow as needed.
Ensure safety, coverage, and breaks for volunteers.
BIBLE LESSON
One Lead Teacher (Teaches Lesson)
Two Helpers (props, visuals, behavior support, assisting kids, and engagement)
ARTS & CRAFTS
2-3 Volunteers Needed
One Craft Teacher (leads instruction of the craft)
One or Two Helpers Needed (Assist kids, prep materials, and clean up support)
GAMES/SCIENCE STATION
3-4 Volunteers Needed
One Lead Teacher (explains activity)
Two to Three Helpers (supervision, setup, participation Help and safety)
DANCE LEAD/WORSHIP MOVEMENT
At Least 4 Volunteers
Lead Dance Teacher
Two to Three assistants for motion and engagement.
Helps maintain energy and guide kids during worship time.
KITCHEN CREW
At least 6 Volunteers
Food Prep, Serving, Drink Setup, Cleanup, Meal-Time support and Flow Assistance.
